As you know, from previous posts, I’ve been putting together a list of odd places to visit around the country and I plan to visit them all someday.
I am constantly amazed in my searches for the odd in this country of how much there is out there. I recently put together a list of places I want to see in Missouri.
Of course, in addition to all of the odd things I want to see, I also want to visit the more traditional landmarks out there as well.
While making my lastest list, I started thinking of all of the traditional landmarks I want to see. Although I’ve been to NYC, I have yet to visit the Empire State Building and Statue of Liberty.
I’ve been to Beverly Hills/Hollywood/Santa Monica but I didn’t really get a chance to explore and take in everything but I did get to step into the ocean for the first time in my life.
I have yet to visit Disney World or Disneyland.
Add the Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, the Red Rocks and my list keeps growing.
I think it might be time to start planning a road trip!
