It’s the little things that make me happy

There are many things in life that make me smile.
My kids.
My husband.
Movies.
You get the idea.
There are also the little things in life that make me smile.
You know….like new toys.
Shoes.
Purses.
Electronics.
And…..
cookware.

The Alex and I have recently become very interested in cooking. Don’t get me wrong, we’ve enjoyed cooking before and from the size of us, you can tell that we enjoy food!

Lately we have been learning new cooking techniques thanks to the great stars of the Food Network.

With these new skills, we’ve had to acquire a few new kitchen tools.
The first on our list being….new cookware.
Pots and pans.
Pretty pots and pans but functional.
I have been drooling over the Rachel Ray cookware for a few years now so I finally gave in an ordered it. I also got a sweet deal on it since CSN Stores had it on sale! (I ALWAYS like a good deal!).
We went with the Rachael Ray Porcelain Enamel 10-Piece Cookware Set in Green.
Isn’t it pretty??

This is the first cookware I have ever owned that I can say that I actually liked!
It works great and heats evenly as described.
It is super easy to clean and lives up to its nonstick reputation.
It is absolutely wonderful.

Since making this purchase, we have also added the Rachael Ray Hard-Anodized 15″ Oval Grill Pan in Orange thanks to the wonderful people at CSN Stores.

This pan…..is great!
We’ve used it to make NY Strips twice now and it gives the steak perfect grill lines and it heats real nice.
This pan is as easy to clean as the rest of the Rachael Ray cookware we purchased in January and we are loving it!
