Kids Bring Out Their Inner Robot with My 1st Career Gear

With the kids back in school, my afternoons are now spent alone with Joey. I am loving this one-on-one time with him and I really hope he is enjoying it too. 

Since we have our afternoons together, I try to find things for him to do with me and on his own. Joey loves to play on his iPad, play games and even dress up.  When it comes to playing dress up, I love to see the creative side of him come out and tell stories. 

Thanks to our friends at Aeromax and their My 1st Career Gear Robotic Engineer shirt and Robot Helmet, Joey has been busy being a space robot, as he calls it.

Joey is always talking about how he wants to be a robot and an astronaut and now, he’s a space robot!

We first discovered the My 1st Career line from Aeromax through a review back in 2013, 3 years later my kids are still using that same costume for dress up. With that being said, I can tell you that this line is made to last the everyday wear and tear of kids.

One thing we were really excited about this time around was the addition of a helmet to compliment the costume. I cannot describe how happy Joey was to see his new robot helmet complete with antennae and a facemask that opens. He told me that it opens just so he can give mommy robot kisses.

Another thing I love about this line is that it makes dress up play easy because you just have to slip the costume over your clothes and you are instantly transformed and they are perfect for kids ages 3 to 6 years.

Kidz Town – Howard

Looking for a fun indoor play place to take your child to burn off some energy while engaging in creative play?
Look no further!
Kidz Town in Howard is the place to be!

Xander and I discovered Kidz Town at the beginning of the year and it instantly became his favorite place to be.

Kidz Town offers interactive play for children up to the age of 8 and allows them to use their imagination through creative play. Xander loves that there is so much to do and that it true is a town built indoors just for kids!

There is more than 3500 square feet of space for children to explore, including the Lil’ Sprouts Garden for the real little ones to play.

Kidz Town became a daily escape for us this past winter and helped Xander burn off A LOT of energy!!!
They also offer a nice selection of educational games, toys and puzzles and host birthday parties too!!

Each month, Kidz Town also hosts a variety of special events for both kids and mom’s!

Kidz Town is located behind McDonalds on Velp Avenue in Howard at 2450 Velp Avenue Suite 109.
Daily Admission is:
$8.00 for the first child
$6.00 each additional child
Non-walking children FREE with paid admission
$6.00 for groups of 10 children or more
Parents always play FREE

Or you can get a monthly membership that is good for 30 days from the date of purchase for $20 AND monthly members receive discounts on toys, balloon bouquets and special events.  Plus your child can take home a free balloon at each visit when you purchase the monthly membership!
