I hate chopping vegetables.
I hate it sooo much that it is usually a task that the Alex is enlisted to do.
I don’t think he appreciates the job either.
Apparently I’ve complained about how much I hate chopping veggies because the last few holiday seasons, I’ve received food choppers as Christmas gifts.
you know, the kind you put the food under and then you smack it multiple times until everything is all chopped up and then you get to take it apart and clean everything.
Yeah, those food choppers.
And I’ve broken them both within the first week of owning them.

I’ve used it to chop red onions, scallions, carrots, tomatoes, and the list goes on and on and on.
I’m pretty sure my cutting board and knives are aware of the affair I’m having with my new food processor due to my lack of desire to use them.
Oh, and the kids don’t have a clue I’ve been sneaking veggies into the meatloaf either!
That’s a big W in the Win column for mom!
Should I even go on to mention all of the other great things about this food processor?
Okay, I will!
It’s super easy to clean!
It’s small so it fits right in my cupboard leaving room for other gadgets.
It didn’t cost me an arm and a leg.
