Creamy Beef Stroganoff

By: Anne Youngercomment

Ingredients
-1lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into strips (we used Black Angus stew meat)
-1/2 cup chopped onions
-1 tbsp butter
-1/2lb fresh mushrooms sliced
-1/4 tsp. pepper
-1- 10 oz tub of Philadelphia Original Cooking Creme
-1/3 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
-2 cups hot cooked noodles
-1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions
Cook meat and onions in a large nonstick skillet on medium heat until done. Remove from skillet and drain. Cover and keep warm.
Add butter to skillet and melt, add mushrooms and pepper and cook until mushrooms are tender.
Add cooking creme, cook and stir until well blended.
Add meat to sauce and stir in broth.
Add freshly cooked egg noodles to sauce and mix well.
Sprinkle with parsley
Enjoy!

My apologies for the poor picture quality, I took it with my phone again.
