BabyBond Nursing Cover Review

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

As a former nursing mom and soon to be yet again, I have been on the lookout for a great nursing cover. I’ve used blankets, my shirt, a hooter hider, you name it. This time around, I am taking the BabyBond Nursing Cover for a spin.

I recently received BabyBond’s Couture Nursing Cover which I feel adds a little more versatility to the nursing mother since it can be worn like a belt and functions like a belly band not to mention it gives you the option to nurse from the top OR bottom of your shirt allowing it to function with your entire wardrobe. See what I mean by versatile.

Since I am not currently nursing but will be in the near future, I didn’t get to experience it as a nursing mother but have used it as a belly band during this pregnancy. I have also tried out the different ways to use it, sans baby and found it to be very user friendly, but I have to admit, I needed to watch the video to properly educate myself on how to use it.

Check it out:

I also let a friend of mine who is currently a nursing mother take it for a spin and she loved it so much she is considering ordering one for herself!

So attention to all my expectant future and current nursing moms—I am giving away a Baby Bond Nursing Cover to one lucky reader of The Megalomaniac Mommy.

Ultimate Back-to-School Combo from Mabel’s Labels Review

I’m going to start this review post off by saying Thank you to Mabel’s Labels for giving me the opportunity to conduct this review and tell you I LOVE you big time!!!

Okay, now on to the review.

When it comes to kids and their return to school I am both excited and distraught.
By the time summer comes to a close, I am looking forward to sending the kids off to school however I dread the back to school shopping and the labeling of supplies.

With Zack now being 12, I no longer label his school supplies. I leave that job to him and it’s his choice on how he wants to do things. With the Libby however, I have decided that this year would be the last time I do it for her and I would teach her the ropes.

This year, her’s was a breeze thanks to the Mabel’s Labels Ultimate Back-to-School Combo.
We ordered the Libby’s labels in the popsicle color theme and added a peace sign to them because she’s really into the peace sign.

The Ultimate Back-to-School Combo includes 50 Tag Mates, 40 Skinny Minis, 16 Shoe Labels and 2 Teeny Tags. We used a variety of the tag mates and skinny minis on different items such as notebooks, folders, pencil box etc. We saved the Teeny Tags and put one on her school bag and the other on her zippered pencil pouch.

She absolutely loves them since they were totally designed with her in mind!!

Mabel’s Labels offers a variety of labels in different designs a colors. The Ultimate Back-to-School Combo comes in 6 different colors and a nice selection of designs, not to mention they are super strong in the adhesive department! (I had one stuck to my shoe on accident!)

The Ultimate Back-to-School Combo is available from Mabel’s Labels for $42.00 and is only available until September 30th, so make sure you get this bestselling combo before it’s gone!

Prefense Alcohol-Free Foaming Hand Sanitizer Review

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

In a house filled with kids, there are germs EVERYWHERE! We go through A LOT of hand sanitizer, not just in the house but in the car and everywhere else we go too. You can never be too careful when it comes to safeguarding your children. I personally do not enjoy having a sick child and I’m sure everyone else feels the same way.

We have tried a variety of hand sanitizers that are available on the market and although they do work to kill germs immediately upon contact they don’t last long. Prefense Hand Sanitizer protects through 10 hand washings with just one application.

Prefense Hand Sanitizer is a silica based alcohol free foaming hand sanitizer that sanitizes skin and nails on contact. For me, the 100% alcohol free is an added bonus because alcohol dries the skin and has a very strong scent to it that I cannot stand. Prefense is also non-toxic and safe for kids! It will not hurt you if swallowed which is another great selling point for those of us with little kids.

I recently let Zack try out the Prefense Hand Sanitizer and his first thoughts were that it was cool that it foamed! After that he really like that his hands were really soft, and it smells good.

I have personally enjoyed using over the past week and so has Alexander since he discovered he could make it foam when he pumped the bottle!

Since we have enjoyed using Prefense Hand Sanitizer so much in our home, we’ve decided to let one of you try it too!
One lucky reader of The Megalomaniac Mommy will receive an 8oz bottle of Prefense which offers 640 applications!
