A few years ago, my mother-in-law visited the Philappines for work. On her trip there and back she had a layover in Japan and spent that time exploring and she picked up a few things to bring home for our family. One of the items she returned with were Pocky sticks, a delicious biscuit stick dipped in a chocolate cream.
From the first bite, we were all hooked. The boxes she had returned home with did not last long and I found myself scavenging the internet to order more. (Hey, I was pregnant with Ellie during this time and they were sooooo good I HAD to have more!)
On her second trip to the Philippines, she stocked up on more. Lesson learned.
Now here we are, 3 years later and I can finally purchase Pocky at a local retailer!
Since we were first introduced to Pocky, they have put out different flavors and a new product called Péjoy and our friends at Glico were kind enough to send us some to try.
While the Green Tea weren’t exaclty for us, we are big flans of the strawberry cream flavor and the new Péjoy.
The kids are already begging me to get some more and who am I to say no to more Pocky??

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Worldwide Janitor for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
As a mom who lives in a house filled with kids, you can imagine the daily messes, spills etc. and all of the cleaning that does go on. In order to keep up with the house and the kids, we also tend to go through A LOT of cleaning supplies.
With kids, there are constantly fingerprints on doors, windows and even the walls and that drives me CRAZY as well. Since there are so many kids in the house and another on the way I like to do my best to ensure that the products we are using in our home are safe as well as ecofriendly.
Thankfully, there are places like Worldwide Janitor that carry organic, biodegradable cleaning products (manufacturedalong the Gulf Coast by Snee Chemical) that are not carried in other online stores and are affordable for families who are trying to save.
Since we have such a large family, I love to purchase products in bulk because it really does help us save money in the end and really, can a HUGE family ever have too many cleaning supplies on hand? There are days that I worry we don’t have enough!
Have you ever used products from Worldwide Janitor? What are your thoughts?
Today, our family celebrated Easter with my parents, sister, brother-in-law, niece and nephew. Upon our arrival, there was a crazy silly string/sword fight between all of the kids.
A good time was definitely had by all (we are still finding silly string in places it shouldn’t be!). After that, the kids went on an Easter egg hunt throughout the backyard collecting eggs filled with candy and coins hoping to find the one lucky egg with the winner paper inside.
After each kiddo found their 7 eggs, it was determined that my nephew was the big winner of the $10 WalMart gift card. The other children were also awarded with prizes as well.
Once the egg hunt was complete and every one had downed some candy, it was time to watch HOP!
We first took the kids to see HOP in the theater last year and LOVED it. I thought it was a cute movie and funny at the same time.
The kids had a great time watching the movie. it was the first time my niece and nephew had seen the flick. In addition to watching the movie, each of the kids received their own E.B. plush, drumstick pencils, HOP activity sheets and stickers.
HOP was recently released on Blu-Ray and DVD and it includes an all-new mini-movie, The World of HOP, all access with Cody Simpson, games and so much more.
