What do you look like online?

Have you ever wondered what your internet reputation is like?
Interested in seeing how the internet views you?
Reputation.com offers online reputation management to help you keep tabs on your reputation with their FREE internet monitoring service.

The site will find existing posts about you online, send alerts when new posts appear, finds any exposed personal info in different online databases and identifies and alerts you to damaging posts.

Monitoring your online reputation is completely free for this service. There are also paid plans as well that will help you fix your Google results by replacing inaccurate or misleading search results.

I know that I constantly monitor my internet reputation. I have had a search setup for the last 3 years and get daily updates for anything new that is posted using my name, my blog name, my Twitter; etc. I like to make sure that my personal information is safe at all times in addition to making sure that my site content is safe as well. After the recent plagiarism scandals in the blogosphere I want to make sure my words and photos are all protected.

Reputation.com offers both personal and business services and may very well be my newest online addiction.

So, what do people find when they “Google” you?

Check out the New 2 Box Cheerios Packaging

I don’t know about your family, but ours goes through A LOT of cereal! We tend to find ourselves buying up a lot of the double packs of cereal when we make our monthly trip to Sam’s Club.

Well, Cheerios is changing the way they do 2 packs. Meet the new 2 box Cheerios.
New 2 box Cheerios contains two individual boxes, making them easier to store and easier to pour!

Plus…..
By reducing the amount of air in each individual bag, these enhanced containers fit 10% more cereal than before and use less packaging.

While each box contains more cereal, packaging material has been reduced by over 200,000 lbs, saving 1,000 trees and taking 130 Cheerios trucks of the road, decreasing CO2 emissions

We are loving the extra space it has freed up in our pantry!

You can see the new packaging yourself by visiting your local Costco, Sam’s Club or BJ’s.

Disclosure:  Cheerios® cereal, information, and giveaway have been provided by General Mills through MyBlogSpark.

My 21st Century Kids

This post brought to you by AppGear. All opinions are 100% mine.

I often find myself trying to remember what my life was like as a kid.

You know, before cell phones, iPods, iPads and all of these other electronic protable devices that my kids carry around with them today. Three of my four children own an iPod Touch, yes, right down to the 4 year old and I’m sure Ellie will have one in the future as well. In addition to the iPods, my two oldest children have their own cell phones, one of which is an Android phone.

My oldest, Zack, is hooked on playing games on his iPod Touch. He is so into the games, that he spends A LOT of time online looking for new games and learning about up and coming games and features.

Seeing all of the cool new and innovative games from AppGear tells me that I am going to have one happy kid on my hands!  AppGear’s new games like Foam Fighters and ZombieBurbz are both right up his alley and are games that I am sure he will want to play with his friends.

It won’t be too long and he will be asking for an iPad next!

Seriously, what did we do as kids before all of this awesome technology came along??

Pregnancy: What I Least Expected

With each of my pregnancies, I had the same expectations.

I thought for sure I would be exhausted, pukey, running to the bathroom…..etc.

With my first 2 pregnancies, I was rarely tired and found myself up and out and about until the wee hours of the morning.

With number one I was very, very pukey but only if I ate before 8 am.

With numbers 3 & 4 I was a bit more tired and in A LOT more pain.

With my first pregnancy, I had nightmares of a horrible, painful, yelly/screamy I want to kill someone delivery.

That did not happen.

It also did not happen during any of the proceeding deliveries of children 2, 3, and 4.

I remember my first lamaze class while pregnant with baby number 1.

When the instructor had us all stand next to the number relating to the amount of pain medication we wanted with 0 being none and 10 being everything you can give me.

I quickly waddled my way over to the 10.

Little did I know that I would successfully deliver four beautiful children WITHOUT any pain medication.

Yes, au natural baby.

All. Four. Times.

Crazy.

Definitely not what I expected while I was expecting.

(P.S. Why doesn’t anyone ever tell you that after you have your first child to cross your legs every time you sneeze?)
