Last Minute Life Saver Rock Candy {Recipe}

Need something last minute to bring to a holiday event? Quick, run to the store and grab a bag of holiday Life Savers or a few different bags of varying flavors.

After you have your Life Savers, open them all up, spread them out on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper. I like to mix mine up so there are different colors and flavors are around.

Once everything is laid ouy on the cookie sheet, pop it in the oven at 350* for about 10 minutes, or until everything has melted together, leaving you will a giant ‘lump o Life Savers’.

Let the lump cool and then start peeling it off the parchment paper, letting it break apart into pieces of different sizes and flavors.

Pack it up in baggies or place it on a platter and bring it to the party for all to enjoy!

My kids cannot get enough of it!

Frozen S’mores {Recipe}

I’m all for desserts that a quick and easy to make and even more when they are one of my favorite things.

I love to make S’mores.

I don’t care if they are made over a fire or in a microwave, I just love them.

I thought I would try something knew and make Frozen S’mores.

The result was a cool and satisfying treat!

All you need to make this delicious treat is a box of graham crackers, 1 tub of Cool Whip, 1 pack of mini marshmallows and 1 bottle of Hershey’s syrup.

To get started, break graham crackers in half like you would when making a regular S’more and lay them out on a cookie sheet. Make sure you have enough tops and bottoms to make your S’mores.

Next, open your container of Cool Whip and squeeze a generous amount of Hershey’s syrup into it and stir it up until it has just the right amount of chocolate flavor for you.

Once the Cool Whip is filled with chocolately goodness, put a dollop on each graham on the cookie sheet and then sprinkle a few marshmallows on tops of each before putting the top of your S’more on.

Once your S’mores are assembled, place the cookie sheet in the freezer to chill until it is time to enjoy them!
