Use Melanotan 2 peptide and Get Flawlessly Tanned Skin Today!

Getting flawless, sheer and beautiful skin is the dream of many! But have you heard about the latest trend of getting skin tan without coming in excessive contact with the sun? Probably not! Well, this ever increasing trend has taken away the storm. Thus a lot of youngsters and individuals are now craving around the beauty of a dusky skin.  When a lot of us keep on dying for fair looks, such trends are breaking all the stereotypes related to skin tones, body shapes and everything that embarks our external beauty. We want to be attractive, and we want to feel confident in our skin. This means we may need to use products that can help us, like peptides for the skin. We can only get better if we invest time and doing this takes discipline. The individuals now love to flaunt their bodies with the help of some unique techniques, just like getting a tan. A tanned skin is-

  • Healthy as it allows you to stay in touch with vitamin D and its essential components along with avoiding diseases like cancer, hypertension, diabetes and a lot more
  • A tanned skin shows your efforts in the gym as it contours each and every curve that you have worked upon
  • Golden skin tan looks good as it makes you stand out from the crowd. While people may run after fairness, your prettiness is well defined by a tanned color

However, the term ‘tan’ itself is used in association with sun and its effects. Fairer looking people usually have skin with less melanin production, and this, certainly makes them more prone to the side effects of sun and its harmful rays. So if you are also planning to get a tan, don’t ever try to mess with the sun and stay in outdoors for long. The suntan not only tans your skin from the outside but also burns the essential components of your skin and weakens you internally.

So what to do next? Well, there are certain ways to get a full body tan without any harm

A lot of companies have now started the production of such things which lets your body get tanned without exposing your skin to the skin. These self-tanners include various lotions, sprays, and creams that can let you achieve the sheer beauty that you want. However before jumping on the bandwagon and choosing any of the mixed chemical products, always look out for some natural ways of getting tanned. Well, here are certain ways of how you can create a fake tan and let it stay for days.

Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) – this product is a color additive which when comes in contact with the dead skin cells, darkens the surface temporarily. This is one of the most effective ways of getting a tanned skin. However, it stays for a short span of time and can easily be removed off after wearing it for certain days. It is usually recommended that don’t use this product near your eyes, nose, lips or the surrounding delicate area of the body.

The process to create a fake tan-

  • Take a washcloth and exfoliate your skin before you apply any self-tanner on it as soon as you use any exfoliating product on your skin, it will also help you to get rid of the dead skin cells residing on your body.
  • Now dry your skin completely so that when you apply the tanner, it spreads evenly well on the whole body.
  • Apply the self-tanner on your body in various sections like, on the arms, then on the legs, and followed by your torso. Massage this self-tanner through a circular motion over all the parts where you want the tan to reside.
  • Now wash your hands after applying it to each section. This is essential as the tan will also get over your palm and if you wish to avoid the orange color to appear, wash your hands with soap and water after every application.
  • Blend it a little more on your wrists and on the ankles. This is because; some parts of our body usually are a bit darker than the others. Extending the use of tanner at such places can thus, make your tan look real.
  • Similarly, dilute more of the self-tanner on your knees, elbows, and ankles as these areas too; absorb a higher level of a tan than the rest of your skin does. Lightly rub it on these parts with a damp towel and then use a thin layer of lotion on the top of self-tanner.
  • Let your skin dry now. You must wait for approx 10 minutes to let the skin soak all the skin tanner and for this, try to wear some loose clothes so as to avoid sweating.

Well, this is a general way of how you can get a tanned skin with fake skin tanner. But, there is certainly a better way to change your skin color for a prolonged period. This includes the use of tanning peptide.

The Melanotan 2 peptide is a product which stimulates the level of melanin production in your skin, thus providing you a deep and natural tan. As melanin is something which occurs in response to the availability of UV rays, it darkens your skin and protects it from any further damage caused by the sun.

There are certainly a lot of benefits of using the tanning peptide some of which include-

  • Minimal exposure to UV rays- now you no more have to stay under the sun to get a tanned skin. However as the Melanotan 2 peptide also requires a bit of sunlight to stay active, you just have to stay or some time under the exposed sun.
  • Flexible use– you can start with a small amount and can continue the consumption until the time you achieve the desired amount of tan. After this, you only have to get it once in every couple of weeks.
  • A lasting tan– once you have achieved the desired color tone, you can even stop the consumption of Melanotan 2 peptide, as it retains the dark color for long. This is far better than the natural tan as it stays for longer than what the natural one does.

Thus, with the help of these ways, you can get an amazing skin within the span of some days.

How to Win at Christmas With Your Aga

The weather’s getting colder, so you’ll be packing away your summer clothes and searching for new snow boots by now. You’ll also be thinking about Christmas and how many people you’re expecting to be visiting over the festive period. Another dead cert is that you’ll be using a cheap home heating oil provider to keep your Aga purring away through the winter months – and to cook your Christmas dinner. Here’s how to ace this most stressful of occasions with your range.

Turn up the Aga early

Your Aga is actually a storage heater, it’s not like a regular oven, so if you’re planning to cook a big Christmas meal, or make lots of biscuits and cakes, then you need to star early with the heat. Turn it up on Christmas Eve so it’s good to go by the time the turkey’s prepped and stuffed. Speaking of which…

Take the turkey out of the fridge a couple of hours earlier

If you put a fridge-cold turkey into your Aga, a lot of that precious stored heat will be used in bringing it those extra degrees, so take it out of the fridge to warm up. Don’t overdo this, as you must be careful with raw meat and poultry, but just a few degrees for a short while is fine. The other great thing about using an Aga for a turkey is that it can fit up to a 28-pound bird!

Do as much in the oven as possible

There’s a couple of handy rules with an Aga. Try to do 80% of your cooking in the oven and just 20% on the hotplates. You can aim for even more in the oven if you really want to be efficient. The other good rule is that if something takes more than seven minutes on a hotplate, you should do it in the oven instead; this includes cooking vegetables.

Preparation is key

If you’re feeding a lot of people then being prepared in advance takes a lot of the stress away. You can peel and parboil your potatoes and parsnips in the morning (or even the evening before), then chill them, ready for roasting on the big day.

Your Aga isn’t just for food

It really is an all-singing, all-dancing piece of kit and it will form the centrepiece and heart of your kitchen and maybe even your home. You’ll find it really handy when guests are staying, especially in winter, as you can dry off the extra laundry on top of the hotplate lids, or warm up shoes and boots ready for the obligatory Christmas Day walk.

Make sure it’s up to the job

Ideally, you should have had your Aga serviced before winter sets in; if you have, great. If you’ve forgotten, then book an engineer now, just to make sure everything’s running as it should. The last thing you want is for your trusted friend to break down when it’s cold, or, even worse, on Christmas Day!

Popsicle Stick Snowman Christmas Ornament

Christmas is upon us and I am itching to put up our  Christmas tree.  One thing I have always enjoyed about Christmas is decorating our tree with homemade ornaments that the kids have crafted over the years as well as some I made when I was a kid. We have a few ornaments that we received as gifts as well, along with the ones that are personalized.

Every year, we spend time making ornaments and paper chains for our tree as well as ornaments and some cards to give to family members, friends, and other members of our community.

One of the new ornaments we made last year are popsicle stick snowmen and they might just be my new favorite ornaments.

Making these ornaments is really easy to do.  To make yours, you will need:

-10 popsicle sticks
Hot Glue Gun
Craft eyes
Pipe cleaners
-Black & white paint and paint brushes
Black marker
Fishing line

To get started, lay our 8 popsicle sticks and line them up like a fence.

Next, using your hot glue gun, put some glue on the back of another popsicle stick starting about 1/2 an inch from one end and leaving half an inch on the other end.

Once you have the glue on your popsicle stick, lay it across your fence of popsicle sticks to form the brim of your snowman’s hat and to secure the ‘fence’ as seen below.

Repeat the previous step and add the popsicle stick to the back side so it lines up with the front to add extra support to your snow man.

After your snowman is glued together and try, it is time to paint.

First you paint the area below the hat white for his face and then the rest black for his hat.

When you are done painting, set aside and let the paint try. After the paint has dried, it is time to glue on your eyes, pipe cleaner nose and a pipe cleaner on the brim of the hat.  After everything is glued on you can draw your snowman’s face on with your black marker.

Once your craft is all dry, flip it over, add a dot of glue and and stick some fishing line into it to add a hanger for your ornament.  When it is all done, add it to your tree and you have a beautiful new ornmanent.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.

Happy crafting!
