Egg Nests {Recipe}

Every now and again, we like to have breakfast for dinner or Brinner as we like to call it.
I especially like recipes for breakfast foods that are quick and easy.
Tonight, I served up Egg Nests for Brinner with fries on the side for hash browns.
They were soooo yummy!!!

Overall, they were a hit in our house. We decided we are going to play with the recipe next time and add some bacon pieces and cheese on top of the egg.
Let me know if you give it a try and what you think!

Popover Pizza Casserole {Recipe}

[yumprint-recipe id=’27’]All in all the casserole was a hit! The big kids liked it, the toddler LOVED it and the Alex enjoyed it but was more focused on the salad! I doubled the recipe for our family and for the ground beef I used 1 pound of ground beef and 1 pound of ground turkey. While browning, I seasoned the meat with a little Italian seasoning to give it some extra flavor.

So, if you’re looking for a quick and easy recipe,give this one a try and please, be sure to come back and let me know your thoughts on it!

Twice Baked Potato Casserole

I recently made a Twice Baked Potato Casserole to bring to my parent’s house for Turkey Day.  I was very pleased with the results and how quick and easy it was to make.  It was so good that my mother has requested that I bring it for Christmas as well.  I figured since I have already been asked for the recipe a dozen times I would post it here for all.
