Having 4, almost 5 kids, over the past 14 years has taught me quite a few things. One thing I have learned about infants is that keeping socks on their feet is not an easy task. I’ve tried everything with my little ones (aside from duct taping them) to keep their socks on them and it never works. Trying to keep socks on little feet became so daunting that I just found it easier to keep the kids in a one piece with built in feet or if it was warm enough they were barefoot.
I am happy to report that when baby Peanut arrives I won’t have to worry about keeping his socks thanks to this really awesome invention called Sock Ons! Sock Ons are made
of a soft, stretchy material and are designed to fit over regular socks and keep them firmly in place. Socks stay on through all the kicking and tugging all while being funky and fashionable!
We are so excited to try these out when Peanut arrives and I think this will finally solve my problems with keeping socks on and I also think we will have less lost socks!
In addition to the Sock Ons you can also get these great little bibs called Dribble Ons to help reduce the amount of dribble hitting your babies clothes and keeping the dribble away from the skin. These are super cute and available in a variety of colors.
Another great product offered by the makers of Sock Ons is one of Bean’s favorite new things. If you haven’t heard, Bean has a slight obsession with shoes. By slight obsession I mean this girl is in LOVE with shoes. She sees them, she has to have them, she wants them on her feet immediately. Needless to say when a pair of Mocc Ons arrived for her, she had to have them on right away and refused to take them off! 
Mocc Ons are the adorable moccasin style slipper socks made of a stretchy cotton and stiched to a real leather sole. Bean is absolutely smitten with them and wears them around the house every chance she gets. These are great indoor shoes for in our home because the leather soles help to prevent slipping and we don’t have any carpet in our home aside from a rug in the living room.
Bean is loving her Mocc Ons and I am a HUGE fan of the Dribble Ons when she is teething and drooling everywhere! Now, we just need peanut to arrive so we can use our Sock Ons!

I’m sure I’ve mentioned before on the blog that I am a pro-breastfeeding mom. If you can do, you should….that is my motto. I was not able to successfully nurse my first two children, however the 2 youngest were exclusively breastfed and I plan on doing the same with #5.
Since I will be nursing once again, I wanted to make sure that I was prepared to nurse and do so comfortably.
