With school almost out for the summer you can bet I have 2 little kids who are excited about one thing that means…..
Day Out with Thomas is coming up!!!
This year, little engineers won’t believe their eyes—or their ears! For the first time ever at Day Out With Thomas™, Thomas the Tank Engine™ will be able to talk to his fans. Boys and girls will be cheerfully greeted by the #1 Engine when he pulls into the National Railroad Museum for Day Out with Thomas™: The Thrill of the Ride Tour 2014.
Day Out with Thomas offers little engineers and their families the opportunity to take a ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, star of the popular Thomas & Friends® series. In addition, children will meet Sir Topham Hatt®, Controller of the Railway and enjoy a day of Thomas-themed activities including arts & crafts, storytelling and more. The tour, now in its 19th year, will make stops in 42 U.S. cities and is expected to welcome nearly one million passengers in 2014.
Alexander had so much fun attending Day Out With Thomas that he is super excited to go back this year and bring me, Ellie and Joey along!
At Day Out with Thomas, guests will experience a 25-minute (approximate) ride with Thomas the Tank Engine and hear Thomas greet his fans and meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway. The kids will also get to visit the Thomas & Friends Imagination Station; featuring stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts & crafts, train tables, and coloring sheets and well as enjoy some storytelling, video viewing and live music.
