  1. 2 1/4 pounds ground beef
  2. 1/4 cup ketchup
  3. 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  4. 1 egg
  5. 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  6. 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  7. 1 large onion (diced)
  8. 1 large green pepper diced
  9. 1/4 cup water
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Form into a meatloaf shape that will fit into your crock pot.
  3. Cut a strip of foil and place under the meatloaf in crock pot.
  4. Cut it long enough to cover the bottom and sides of meatloaf.
  5. Place meat loaf in crock pot and top with an additional 2 tablespoons ketchup.
  6. Cover and cook on low for approximately 8 hours.

    This sounds very good in fact I will make it this week I have been on a thing about using my crock pot more often, but the only problem is smelling the food cook all day makes me extra hungry, but I survive and I love having meal all done with miminal preparation time
