I have been inspired by the movie Julie & Julia and have decided to take on a cooking challenge of my own.
I’m sick of cooking the same meals for my family day after day after day and I want to introduce not only myself, but my family to new foods and a healthier lifestyle as well.
The problem is, I need your help.
The foodies of the world.
I need either suggestions of some great cookbooks with nothing but healthy foods or just a recipe you would like to share.
I am open to all things healthy EXCEPT TOFU!
Yeah. I can’t do the Tofu.
I want to be a healthier me and I want my family to do the same.
