As we continue to get settled into our new home, yes, even after being here almost a year, I’ve been looking for things for each of the little kids to help make their little space special to each of them. Both Ellie and Joey have custom wall decals around their cribs so you can easily identify their spaces. As for the little Alexander, his space was looking a little blah and to be honest, when you’re sharing a room with your little sister it can be kind of hard to define your own space.
Thanks to our friends at Personalized Gifts, we were able to get creative and find something that suited Alexander very well. With Alexander’s help, we created some awesome accessories not just for his room, but for around the house that allow him to have his own spaces!
A few weeks ago, Alexander and I sat down together and designed a personalized bookmark, placemat, art print, and name bar just for him. He was super excited when they arrived about 2 weeks later.
Personalized Gifts makes it super easy to design your creations and it was a lot of fun to do with the help of my little dude.
Alexander decided he liked the robot theme the most and found one that suited him and we decided together to rotate the colors.
Personalized Gifts offers a variety of designs for you to choose from when creating your custom art pieces.
Since his goodies arrived, Alexander’s custom bookmark has been planted in numerous books that his big brother and sister have been reading to him, his placemat has been covered in Play-Doh multiple times, his name bar is on display next to his bed so everyone know’s it’s HIS table and HIS stuff and we are waiting until we are done painting the room before we mount his name poster on the wall.
Not only did I enjoy the process of creating these with Alexander, I also love the quality of the products we received. Everything that came was beautifully constructed and nice and sturdy leaving me with no worries that someone could easily destroy them!
I cannot wait to finish decorating Ellie and Alexander’s room and getting his name poster on the wall too!
