A new home means we have new spaces to decorate and having a family of 6 means we have to do it on a tight budget. With kids, not only do I like to decorate while keeping the cost down, I also like to make things kid friendly and easy to change as the children outgrow them.
Our little Bean shares a room with her big brother Tatertot at the new house. Before the move, Tatertot and Zman were shacked up together, DramaQueen had her own space and Bean was busy taking over my bedroom and most nights, my bed!
Now that Bean and Tatertot have a space to call their own, I have been trying to cater the decor in the room to both of them. For Tatertot, I have been doing some shopping on eBay and have purchased some vintage Power Ranger sheets and curtains and am still looking for some wall decor. For Bean, I have tried to make parts of the room girly and thanks to Oliver’s Labels and the new Room-eez™ Growth Chart I was able to give our little Princess some personalized decor!

Bean’s portion of the room is now decked out with The Princess Castle Room-eez™ Growth Chart from Oliver’s Labels. I am loving the design and having the ability to change things and move them around as needed and I love that they do not ruin the paint or the walls. All I have to do is apply, remove when needed, and reapply elsewhere! (This is a good thing since I rearranged the little’s bedroom tonight. Tomorrow I will be moving the decals as well!).
I have used stick-on wall decals in the past but they didn’t offer the ability to remove and use again, nor did they adhere to the wall, they were constantly peeling and curling and were inviting for the little ones to pull off! Thankfully the Room-eez stick well and not just the first time! I also love that the castle is a growth chart so I can keep track of my little peanuts milestones.
I have really loved using the Room-eez™ Growth Chart from Oliver’s Labels so I have arranged for one lucky reader of The Megalomaniac Mommy to win their own!
