This year, our family is committed to living a healthier life.  To do so, we have head to make some huge lifestyle changes.  Since the start of our lifestyle change we have been doing our best to introduce everyone to new foods.  We have learned that some of us do like fish and some don’t and I discovered that I LOVE crab.

One thing neither Zman or I have ever really been a fan of is vegetables, granted I do enjoy more of them then he does. I have slowly started to introduce him to new veggies but he won’t eat them unless they are covered or smothered in something so I turned to Green Giant’s frozen boxed veggies which are endoresed by Weight Watchers and since we are all trying to watch our weight and eat healthier these are a perfect fit for our family.

You can find Green Giant frozen boxed vegetables in your local grocer’s frozen foods section and they are available in a variety of veggies and also offer some with decadent sauces and tasty seasonings.

These veggies are delish and have become a welcome addition to our freezer.

Coming from a family who has been involved with Weight Watchers for years, I think it is also important to share that Green Giant is the ONLY frozen vegetable brand to be endorsed by Weight Watchers and nearly all endorsed varieties have a 1 or 2 PointsPlus value per serving.

For those of you that do follow the Weight Watchers PointsPlus Program or are curious and have wanted to learn more about the foods to eat you can click here to download quick and delicious recipes that incorporate Weight Watchers endorsed Green Giant Boxed Vegetables, with most coming in between only a 1 and 4 Weight Watchers PointsPlus® value per serving – from “Broccoli and Chicken Topped Potatoes” to “Quick Corn and Black Bean Soup,” this wide array is sure to satisfy every member of your family.

Visit http://bit.ly/greengiantcoupon to download a printable coupon for $0.60 off the purchase of two boxes of Weight Watchers® endorsed Green Giant Boxed Vegetables.

Although we are not enrolled members of Weight Watchers, I have been trying to follow their path as I was once a member and did have success.
