Last week, I shared Open Letter #11 which was a follow-up to Open Letter #10.
In light of a phone call this weekend, I feel it is only right that I add an Addendum to Open Letter #11.
In Open Letter #11 I explained the things that Happiness Isn’t.
So, here is my addendum……
Happiness IS NOT dating a woman you refer to as, and I quote,”a needy bitch”.
Again, I wish you the best of luck on your pursuit for happiness and remind you, that I am always here to offer up advice.

Wow, what a complicated relationship this is between you and your friend. Unfortunately, from my perspective I do not think he is your friend at all. He is someone pining over you and his loss of you. Your happiness and family is not his first concern, which if he were a true friend, it would be. It really sounds like he wants to see you hurt for him just like he has been hurting for you. As difficult as this will be, for the sake of your family and healthy marriage, I would literally cut bait and run!! You need to move forward with your life and get rid of the unhappiness that this situation has brought to you. Friends don’t do that. It sounds like you know how to be a good friend so you should recognize immediately when someone is not one. Your children will start to feel your unhappiness and tension that is resulting from this situation and I know you don’t want that. They only need to see the healthy and happy relationship you have with your hubby and other true friends so they will follow that lead in their lives.
I wish you the best of luck with this, and I hope you understand what I am saying. Not all friends get to be lifetime friends. I have learned this the hard way too.
BTW-Could you tell me how to get hooked up with Disney to preview their stuff like you do? I love Disney!. I even have a blog devoted to it but never have time to write on it. Maybe you could do some guest posts on it and help me get it back up and running.
